The Green Book

The Green Book presents the "Third Universal Theory" as an alternative to capitalism and communism, aiming to solve the problem of democracy through the "Authority of the People". The author argues that all existing political systems, including parliaments and parties, are inherently dictatorial because they represent only a faction rather than the whole people. To achieve true democracy, the book proposes a system of popular conferences and people's committees where the masses can exercise authority directly without representatives. Economically, it advocates for a form of socialism where needs like housing and land are satisfied for all, and the exploitation of workers through wages is abolished. The social basis of the theory emphasizes the importance of the family, the tribe, and the nation as the natural driving forces of human history.
